History & Experience

CAM opened our doors in August, 2021, after finding the need and desire for professional community management in the Baton Rouge area.  
Our goal is to bring to our clients a level of service and experience, unlike any other in our state.  Working together with developers, boards and residents, we will strive to create practices and policies that will enhance and protect the visions and property values of the wonderful communities we manage. 

We offer a “hands-on” approach to being part of the life of the community – not just being a name on the other end of an email with no personal contact.  Under the leadership of professional manager, Leanne Phillips, our team is focused on being a part of the life of our communities.  CAM’s practices promote fair, consistent adherence to the restrictions that protect property values.  Building a sense of community is an important factor in a neighborhood or development as a community is more than just bricks and mortar.  It is about building relationships between neighbors.  Your community manager is part of that recipe for success.
