Carol Wilson has worked in the community management industry for over two years, after leaving MSMM Engineering. Carol joined CAM shortly after it began.
Carol’s focus is design review, working with residents, builders, designers and the communities’ village architect to ensure that not only the submittals have adequate information needed for the review, and meet the Design Guidelines requirements, but they are timely and easy for the resident or builder in the process.
Carol can often be found in communities, checking sites, performing inspections and communicating with the owners, builders and architects.
Carol is currently working to achieve her first designation as a community manager, CMCA – Certified Manager of Community Associations.

Casey Voivedich, Events
Casey Voivedich, is CAM’s Events Coordinator. Casey’s fun, creative spirit and experience with events offers the right recipe for on-going activities in our communities. We believe events are important to build a strong sense of community spirit. They are the best way to get neighbors out and knowing who lives down the street or across the neighborhood.
Casey is also a yogalates instructor and runner, so from time to time, you will see her offering to teach a class, or organize a run in the community.
Casey started with CAM in August, 2021 and will also work towards her designations.
